Pyes Safety Spot: Self Defense Return Policy     

 

We will replace any defective item. With in 30 days of receipt of product

There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items.

If you have a defective item, please be sure to contact us immediately, please follow these

Steps:

  1. Email us at returns@pyessafetyspot.com
  2. Please include a brief description of how you received the defective item
  3. You will receive an email from us with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#) and this number is to be written on the OUTSIDE of the return package.
  4. The email you receive from us will contain the rest of the information you need

 

**Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time. **

 

RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE RMA# ON THE LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the request.

Replacements for defective item will be shipped directly back to you, at no charge. If product is NOT defective, a choice of in house credit or reship product back to customer will be given.

We will email you once the return is received and processed.

Pyes Safety Spot does not pay to ship the  returned items to us. Pyes Safety Spot is not responsible for and damage that may occur during shipping.
