Return Policy for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment
and Our Other Hi-Tech Products.

We at PyesSafetySpot.com strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific PyesSafetySpot.com product page.

All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by an Authorized representative of PyesSafetySpot.com before any products are returned.  No Returns will be accepted without an RMA#

We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short-term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. RETURN POLICY:  All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*. All returns must be authorized by Authorized representative of PyesSafetySpot.com before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. PyesSafetySpot.com will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at Pyes Safety Spot’s discretion.

*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by PyesSafetySpot.com. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from PyesSafetySpot.com.

Any return must be authorized by a representative of PyesSafetySpot.com and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from PyesSafetySpot.com. No returns will be authorized after five (5) BUSINESS days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM PYESSAFETYSPOT.COM WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).

WARRANTY: We guarantee all PyesSafetySpot.com products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer’s warranty is longer; please email) after sale to you the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

If you find you have a defective product, you must contact us and return the product within the five (5) day period mention above.  Contact us at  returns@pyessafetyspot.com. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Pyes Safety Spot: Self Defense Return Policy     

We will replace any defective item,  within 30 days of receipt of product

There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective will only be accepted for 45 days from date of Sale. No refunds or exchanges after the 45 days.

If you have a defective item, please be sure to contact us immediately, please follow these

Steps:

  1. Email us at returns@pyessafetyspot.com
  2. Please include a brief description of how you received the defective item (Be descriptive, how the outside package was and when you opened the box what you saw)You will receive an email from us with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#) and this number is to be written on the OUTSIDE of the return package.
  3. The email you receive from us will contain the rest of the information you need

**Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time. **

RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE RMA# ON THE LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the request.

Replacements for defective item will be shipped directly back to you, at no charge. If product is NOT defective, a choice of in house credit or reship product back to customer will be given.

We will email you once the return is received and processed.

Pyes Safety Spot does not pay to ship the  returned items to us. Pyes Safety Spot is not responsible for and damage that may occur during shipping.
